Location! Quiet, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. (My husband had an accident, and the hotel staff provided medical supplies for an initial cleaning and bandaging.)

Pillows were flat but uncomfortable to use two.

Location great. Nice room with a balcony. Cleaning and breakfast room staff very pleasant.

The older man on the front desk looked annoyed when we arrived. He was official, did not welcome us and actually sighed and tapped his fingers on the desk when i said politely if i could check the price before paying. I was tired after travelling and it was late. On other nights he didnt greet us either. We have travelled throughout Europe and have not experienced this lwvel of rudeness. All the other receptionists were lovely.
