"Heel fijn hotel op loopafstand vh centrum met zeer aardig personeel."

Dichtbij het centrum, prima hotel, lekker ontbijt, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, personeel.

Prijs vd kamer behoorlijk (wij kregen een upgrade naar een excellent kamer met balkon met mooi uitzicht over de stad) maar tijdens de kerstdagen is er bijna niets goedkopers te vinden.

Warm onthaal. Gratis glas glühwein in de gezellige bar bij aankomst. Vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van al het personeel.Niets was hen teveel.👍🏻 Kleine attenties in de kamer waaronder een fles Crémant, koekjes ea bij aankomst Kraaknette rustige kamer met balkon. Rustige locatie op 10 minuten wandelen van centrum en vlakbij de tramhalte. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet We voelden ons gemeend welkom in dit hotel.

Very pleasant staff who clearly cared about their customers. A bottle of champagne, sparkling and bottled water, along with homemade cookies were wonderful perks!

A bit outside of the main center (15-20-minute walk), while not that far, can be annoying in sub-zero temperatures. I found it a bit odd that champagne glasses with some remaining champagne from the evening before were not removed. Otherwise very clean.
