Bello il parco con le piscine termali, la vicinanza alla spiaggia di Citara ed al capolinea dei bus per tutte le direzioni; la vista mare dalla stanza era davvero spettacolare

Necessità di qualche piccolo adeguamento: presa elettriche vanno adeguate integrandole anche con porte USB, il frigo era del tutto decontestualizzato, appoggiato a terra e con assoluta inefficacia nel raffreddamento. Lo schermo TV inadeguato alle attuali esigenze.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming—they even let us check in an hour early and check out an hour later, completely free of charge. The property is spacious and lush with greenery, making it a pleasure to walk around. There are four thermal pools on site, some with breathtaking views of the sea. Thanks to the multiple pools and the large territory, it never felt crowded—guests are naturally spread out, which makes it feel calm and relaxing. Our room had a stunning sea view. Every evening, we enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony chairs with a glass of Aperol in hand—it was pure magic. The mornings were equally enjoyable: delicious, fresh croissants and very good coffee made for the perfect start to the day. The thermal pools are open until sunset, which in July is around 20:30. Swimming in the warm water as the sky turned gold was a beautiful experience. The air conditioning works during set hours—from 14:30 to 09:30—which was more than enough for us. The ceiling fan and the sea breeze from the balcony kept the room pleasantly cool. P.S. If you happen to need an ATM, there’s one about 6 minutes away—up a steep set of stairs over the small mountain behind the hotel. It’s the only nearby option, so be sure to ask the staff for directions. Otherwise, the next closest ATM is in Forio Porto.

Unforgettable views! Good breakfast on beautiful terrace, 4 thermal pools surrounded by trees and flowers, nice beach in 5 minutes by foots, some fish restaurants just on the beach, close to hotel. And the hotel itself is so beautiful! A lot of pictures and sculptures inside, bright italian design in local manner.

We were unpleasantly surprised to hear that after check out, when we leave our luggage on reception for couple hours, we can not stay near the pool for free...never before met somewhere, all the hotels give you the right to use the facilities till departure

Exceptionally beautiful gardens, quiet and peaceful. Our balcony perfect for reading in the morning with great sea and sunset view. Staff were always attentive and helpful. breakfast good but lacked variety in a week’s stay

Pillows were hard …some variety would have been good.

The pools and facilities were clean and a real treat. The view from the room was gorgeous; breakfast was nice, though you have to pay extra for fresh orange juice. The staff were helpful enough in a 'light touch' way. If you like a hard bed you are in for a treat as I'm not sure I have ever slept on anything harder! Overall, I'd recommend and would happily stay again.

If you don't like a hard bed then be warned it is like sleeping on a slab with a very thin cushion on top! The hotel is quite 'charge' friendly and like extras to be paid for in cash, which is a bit irksome, but I don't think it affects the overall value proposition, which is good.
