Hotel Dolomiti Madonna

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dolomiti Madonna! The hotel was clean, and the service was friendly. Breakfast was included and served from 07:30 to 09:30. It included muesli, yogurt, pastries, bread with a large selection of spreads, fruit, juices, eggs, and other drinks available to order. The hotel also provided a QR code for a local bus pass, local train pass, and pool pass, which was a wonderful surprise and could be used an unlimited number of times during our stay at no extra charge. The hotel is a short walk from the bus stop, Seceda cable car office and a number of restaurants. A nice grocery store was across the street. It was in the perfect location for us, as we did not have a vehicle. We would stay here again!

All the staff I encountered were friendly yet professional. Loved that the room is always cleaned when I return to it. The restaurant service staff (2 young gentleman and an older one) - are relaxed but efficient. They anticipate ur need and are friendly. Location is not at center but very close, 2 minutes walk. Good restaurants closeby and convenience store right in front. I highly recommend this hotel.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Opening the windows did not get rid of it. Hotel should heavily fine if guests smoke in the room.

Great location and easy parking. The room was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable and we could hear every move made by the person in the room next to us. The free wifi didn’t work in most of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, the woman at the front desk however, was not very welcoming and made me feel like I was bothering her when when asking questions.

Nice and clean. Close to seiser alm and seceda.

Zero sound proof, my bed was against the walls of next doors bathroom and I could hear everything, and I mean everything.

At the enter of the Ortisei. Easy for all activities and have nice hotel staffs to help with.

They were so nice! They gave recommendations on places to go see and they were great. Along with that one of my friends has a gluten allergy and they accommodated so well by giving her her own separate breakfast. Would definitely recommend!!

Everything was great. Elegant room and place and reasonably priced for the very center of Ortisei. Andreas and staff extremely helpful.
