According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and checkout by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence. A deposit may be required at the property.

Localização muito boa, pessoal atencioso.

AC porém, muito barulhento, tive que desligar. No café da manhã, deveria haver outras opções de sucos. O suco de laranja em particular estava com gosto amargo, indicando que havia alguma laranja estragada entre as que foram usadas

Localização excelente para meus objetivos de viagem.

Não arrumaram o quarto nem trocaram as toalhas. Quando voltamos tivemos que pedir para ao menos trocar as toalhas. Não vi aviso de que não arrumariam quarto para estadia menor que 3 dias.

La atención del personal es muy amena y atenta.

El edificio es antiguo, funcional pero con instalaciones viejas. La cama es lo peor, tamaño King pero con 2 single unidas. Además la cama es extremadamente dura, lo que no permitía descansar luego del ajetreado día.

Quarto grande, boa cama, com ótimos travesseiros. Bom banheiro.

Café da manhã nada espetacular; deveria ser melhor pelo preço que cobram. O atentende do check in foi grosseiro. O quarto reservado era em andar alto e me colocaram em andar baixo, com muito barulho da rua.
