According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and checkout by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence. A deposit may be required at the property.

Acústica do quarto péssima Mto barulho de carros, buzinas Tive que dormir com tampão de ouvido Na noite de sábado gritaria e alvoroço na rua até 04h da manhã. Parecia que tava dentro do quarto de tão alto. Isso pq eu me hospedei no 10º andar. Mto ruim pra descansar

Boa localização e quarto amplo, fui com meu bebê então tinha espaço pra ele no quarto o que acho excelente. Bom café da manhã :)

O ar estava com problema ficou pingando a noite toda molhando o chão. Foi solicitado berço na reserva e disseram que não tinham mais berços. A piscina gente kkk é de dar risada parece um banheira de tão pequena e a área externa como fui em família filho, minha sobrinha usamos a área comum para deixar as crianças brincarem está muito muito muito suja. No geral gostamos do hotel, um bom café. Não pode se considerar só que tem piscina.

Definitely is a very good located facility and staff - all of theme were so helpful and friendly that made our wishes to stay longer or return very soon. From Mr Manuel at entrance until all staff in reception and team at restaurant were very very especial and always with a friendly attitude and smile.

Well difficult to say as so far we see only good things
