Please note that bookings for double bed or two twin beds in accommodations for one person may undergo changes at check-in upon availability, but will be granted priority as required by the guests. Please note that rooms with balcony are subject to availability. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. This hotel has apartments under renovation from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (except holidays). Please note that a valid photo ID card corresponding to the name on the booking is required at check-in. A copy of an ID will not be accepted.
