Bery nice hotel, in the middle of the city. Very clean. The receptionist was very nice.

No free parking, had to park in a paid garge 5 min walk from the hotel. 15 euro per night with a special discount from the hotel

The description lists hotel parking, but it's practically unavailable because reservations aren't possible. Underground parking costs €42 per day. No other hotel charged me a Summer Card fee, they mandatorly charged you €10 per person. Generally not pleasant smell in room.

What I like most about the hotel is how friendly and helpful the staff. But it is very noisy. It is impossible to sleep at night. Also the mattress is very old and terrible

Excellent, central location for IM event. Comfortable, clean room with extra pillows provided on request.

Breakfast was disappointing. Started at 7:30 but if you arrived at 7:40 it was like a plague of locusts had passed through and there was virtually nothing left! Kitchen was really slow at replacing empty platters -if at all. Felt a bit hounded out on checkout day - yes, checkout time was 10am but was a bit fed up with a ‘hurry up’ on leaving breakfast at 7:50!

Die Lage war gut und zentral, aber auch sehr Laut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war schlecht. Es wurde kaum Nachgefüllt, die Säfte waren furchtbar und vermutlich das billigste vom billigen. Das Personal sprach nur gebrochen Deutsch. Man musste eine "Destinationsgebühr" zusätzlich zur Tourismusabgabe bezahlen, bei der es sich eigentlich um eine Sommercard handelt. Man muss diese Kaufen, ob man will oder nicht. Für Kurz bzw Wochenendurlauber absolut raus geschmissenes Geld, da sie am Tag der Anreise nicht gültig ist!!!

Avoid ! In a narrow street with many outdoor bars. Very noisy, hard to sleep in summer when you need to have window open because of the heat. Constant smell of cigarettes in the room because of the bars below. Ratty furnishings. Could be cleaner and in better repair. Also multiple items in the room in need of repair.

Some of the staff were nice, the others rude. Facilities were not as advertised on Expedia. No laundry, spa in a sister hotel. The room was insanely hot, dehydrating, even when cool outside, and the hotel played loud music at night. It was impossible to manage the heat/noise situation. 30 euros required spot fee in arrival that was a surprise and not known before booking.
