I liked the friendly stuff, and the manager, Mpho Khumalo, was exceptional in terms of customer service. Mr Khumalo made sure that everything went well and personally came to check on us. He was like 24 hours on call for anything we needed.

We were shown to a room, it was not ready, we went for lunch and returned and upon close inspection the AC was not working, the bedsheets looked dirty. We immediately left the property and found another hotel for our two night stay. Your rating of 8.4/10 is deceiving. I would like to request a refund and recommend you re-evaluate the rating.

The room was lovely and conveniently furnished. A comfortable bed, a convenient desk with chair and a kettle with coffee and tea are provided. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Safe parking is provided. There are two beautiful swimming pools. The guesthouse is just up the road from a shopping centre and several restaurants and pubs.

Even though shops and eateries are located nearby, I would not recommend walking there after dark for safety reasons.

Ryan and Bongani went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided everything we needed or asked for. Staff service was really excellent. Breakfast was very tasteful and we even used the swimming pool and that was a great experience. Absolutely awesome stay.

The drive from the location to friends staying in the CBD was not good, CBD is off putting with the taxis and road quality in all areas are terrible. Maybe share this with your local municipality.
