Hotel Suites Guayaquil

Es la segunda vez que alojamos en este hotel. Es conveniente cuando viajamos al extrajero (de Cuenca al EEUU) coger un bus entre Guayaquil y Cuenca y coger un avion a los EEUU. Lo unico inconveniente del hotel es la falta de un ascensor. Esta vez teniamos 6 maletas pesadas y nos dieron un cuarto en la planta baja. El cuarto en el tercer piso tiene ventanas grandes y un balcon pero lo de la planta baja no. No todos los taxistas conocen el hotel. Pues, es pequeno y anonimo. Se nota de noche por los muchos luces y todo pintado blanco -- pero sin nombre puesta afuera.

El hotel esta cerca al aeropuerto y Mall del Sol. El cuarto es amplio, hay cocina and espacio comun, y terraza en segundo piso. Los unicos unconvenientes son: falta de ascensor y falta de agua bien caliente. This hotel/hostel is convenient to the airport and "Mall del Sol." The 3rd floor room was lovely, with comfy bed and large windows. There is a 3rd floor communal terrace, kitchen and living area that I had not expected. The lack of an elevator and of hot water will make the think twice about returning. My husband says he showered with water that was room temperature.

Habitacion muy cómoda, amplia, limpia. Aunque no está especificado que es en una dirección diferente a la que se encuentra publicado. No conocían la tarifa indicada, ni tampoco que había realizado la reserva a través de Hoteles.com.

EXCEPT THE REAL EXPENSIVE HOTELS NOTHING AT THE AIRPORT IS IN A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD THIS IS A $4 RIDE AND 5 TO 7 MINUTES IN TRAFFIC

No conocian mi reserva. No tenia una habitacion en el hotel y tuvieron que trasladarme a otro local donde habian 3 habitaciones y ninguna persona de atencion. La habitacion era basica. No contaban con ningun tipo de servicio. El servicio de transporte fue bueno.

Overall this would not have been a bad deal, but we agree with some of the other reviews in that it was a little scary. There is no sign on the hotel and the name Hotel Suite is a little misleading. We would have NEVER found it had the woman not run into us on the street. Then they put us in a car and took us to another place. The new place was on a very busy street next to a car dealership and had no hot water. Overall the price was too high for what we got. Nice enogh people, but no English and we were not sure what was going on. Next time I would spend a few dollars more and stay in a bigger place.

Great location for airport but good luck finding it.No signage at all anywhere on building.clean basic rooms good value.

Everything superior for a 8 room hotel.
