Bra vistelse med ett par undantag. Väldigt varmt rum gick inte att få ner värmen,väldigt dålig belysning i rummet o framförallt i badrummet,

Tyckte inte att maten var så bra

Bra och trevligt hotell! Det som drar ner betyget är rummens skick i gamla delen av byggnaden. Sängarna där är gamla och ingen komfort. Frukosten inget särskilt om man jämför med andra hotell i närområdet!

Det var bra. Frukosten var ok - grundutbudet fanns. På helgkvällar serverades grillbuffe. Denna var inte så bra, väldigt dyrt med tanke på vad som fanns. Så det finns möjligheter för förbättring.

Fint och mysigt på hotellet och rummet. servicen var tyvärr ovälkomnande och undermålig. Kallt i rummet och dåligt tryck på vattnet i duschen. Annars helt ok.

Mysigt hotell med trevlig personal! Vårt familjerum var fint med stora fönster! Fräscht och rent.

Helt ok värdshus men tycker inte man kallar två enkelsängar som står bredvid varandra för dubbelsäng. Bra frukost men dyr middag

Trevlig atmosfär i sin helhet men ett mycket litet rum som var rökfyllt från grillen utanför.

The hotel is nice and staff are always helpful. The room size was perfect for a family. The main bed was a little old and very soft and noisy. It would be great to have at least a kettle in the room as a useful point for families.

Overall a good experience while my boyfriend and I were in the Sälen area to go cross country skiing. We stayed in a double room that had a sofa with a pull out bed in the “living room”, so it was a good size room with the toilet separate from the shower area. The shower room was pretty small and the water pressure was lacking at times but always had hot water which was good. The room was clean and comfortable; was nice to have a smart TV in the room to catch some Netflix while relaxing in the evening! Our check in experience wasn’t great, as the girl who checked us in was not very friendly and didn’t give us any information about the hotel, just took my credit card and gave us the room key. Would have been nice to be informed what time breakfast was, best place to park our car, WiFi passwords, check out times, dinner information, etc. however the service we received the rest of the trip was good including at breakfast and dinner. The breakfast each morning was pretty good, with yogurt, waffles, deli meat, and fresh bread coffee and juice. Nothing special but did the job. Would come back to stay here next time we are in Sälen!
