Great hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and efficient and the reception staff were welcoming and professional. I had one incident during breakfast due to a misunderstanding with the breakfast manager but the hotel handled it very well. They apologized sincerely and even the duty manager a European lady came personally to apologize with a truly professional and caring attitude. The service throughout the hotel was excellent and all the staff interacted with guests in an exceptionally friendly and professional manner. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

There is no ventilation in the bathrooms and cooking smells can be noticed in the corridors and even at the hotel reception area.

مكان جيد بشكل عام الاكل عندهم مرة رهيب و سعره حلو

1- الخصوصية صفر .. اسمع أصوات الغرف المجاورة تخيلوا غرفة النوم الرئيسية الي بالشقة جنب غرفة نوم رئيسية في شقة مجاورة ..و اصواتهم تسمع عندنا 😅 2- ريحة الاكل في اللوبي .. مرة سيئة 3- المواقف ضيقة و أنا عندي سيارة حجم كبير و إذا اخذت موقفين .. يجونك يحطون ورقة تنبيه .. غير كذا ريحة الممر المؤدي من المواقف إلى المصاعد سيئة. 4- لا يوجد مكان مخصص حق لعب الأطفال داخل الفندق
