In accordance with Colombian tax legislation, foreign citizens and Colombian nonresidents who receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, or TP12 visa upon entry into the country will be exempt from paying the 19% VAT. The exemption applies only to reservations of tourist packages (accommodations plus breakfast). The permit must be presented upon arrival. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation. Please note that all guests, including children, need to provide a valid ID at check-in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian and a parental authorization if the parent is absent. Children aged 0–12 years can stay free of charge. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of COP 150000 per night. Please note that a maximum of one pet, with a maximum weight of 15 kg is allowed per room.
