"PESIMA EXPERIENCIA , CERO PREDISPOSICIÓN O COMUNICACIÓN"

Estuvo limpio y ordenado, algunas personas me atendieron bien.

Me mintió quien me hizo el check in, me dijeron que iban a evaluar la opción de cambiarme de habitación ya que habiamos seleccionado una cama doble y me dieron una habitación con 2 camas por "Disponibilidad", es la primera vez que me pasa me parece que el joven sólo seleccionó y luego no quiso hacer el cambio. El dijo que iba a comunicarse conmigo , se acercó a mi habitación a mostrarme una hoja impresa donde decía que es por disponibilidad y me dijo que luego me iba a dar mayor información ya que quise presentar un reclamo y jamás volví a recibir comunicación, sólo me dijo que era por disponibilidad y que no tenían más habitaciones. Deberían revisar si eso fue real una pésima experiencia ya que viajé con mi esposa y tuvimos que dormir en camas separadas en nuestros últimos días de vacaciones.

"Buen Hotel"

La ubicación, la tranquilidad, la salida directa al mar, la amabilidad del personal de recepción. El desayuno está bien, pero falta que pongan algunas veces la comida típica de la costa colombiana, como arepa de huevo, carimañolas, butifarra, etc.

Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación con olor a humedad cuando se encendía el aire acondicionado, a mi esposa le dio gripa, solicitamos el cambio de habitación y nos la cambiaron. Las toallas de la piscina son limitadas y algunas están raídas y tienen huecos. En el restaurante las personas encargadas de ofrecer el café, algunas veces se demoran.

Cuando íbamos a reclamar toallas para ir a la playa casi nunca tenían, faltó variedad en el desayuno, lo precios de los licores muy elevados.
