Nimman Mai Design Hotel Chiang Mai

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. Hotel is located in the small street, about 3 mins walk from main Nimman road. It's also in walking distance to new shopping mall.

This was my first time to Chiang Mai and after browsing Trip Advisor, I stumbled upon Nimman Mai Design Hotel and I'm glad I did! The price was excellent for the value, it was conveniently located and offered a great breakfast! Some of the bathroom parts seemed to not be 100% (rainshower head seemed to have leaked badly on the ceiling so there was warping and water damage. When you would turn it on, it woul dleak from the edges and go everywhere), but the room was very comfortable.

The staff was attentive & helpful. Value for money.

The rooms were adorable and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we knew where we were going and made sure to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the decor cute. Each room had a theme. Complimentary breakfast was not the best, but it was complimentary so I do not see that as a huge problem. The hotel is right off ones in street that has tons of bars cafés restaurants and food stalls so this was not a big problem.

The hotel is clean, friendly staff. Room is also quite large. The hotel location is also good, near department store. Overall, I enjoy my stay in this hotel.

Bathroom is considerably small. Not all amenities are provided. Hotel location is near Infinity Club. Near to airport, thus save time to travel on the last day to airport but not so on other days as is not centrally located. Cleanliness is there. Generally a good hotel for the last day if you do not have much travelling scheduled on the last day.

Facilities: Modern; Value: Great deal; Service: Outstanding, Super friendly staff; Walking distance to everything and a short red bus ride to everywhere else, off the main stip but close enough to wander home at night. Great staff

There's lots of things to do and to see around this area. Plenty of pubs, restaurants, salon etc. Hotel is clean and new and relaxing. Staff are polite.

Hotels.com listed this hotel as 0.4 kilometers from the Night Bazaar, so I booked the Nimman Mai Hotel. However, the hotel is actually more than 7 kilometers from the hotel.

Although the hotel looks quite new. Maintenance is not up to the standard. Glasses around the lobby, elevator, etc. not clean. LIght bulb borken andcurtain falling down not fixed before we checked in. Bath tub for bathroom not practical. Breakfast not so good, and service personnel in the dinning room not quite pleasant.
