PRC Annex - Pet Friendly

There some nice restaurants and bakery.

It was close to downtown and easy highway access. Staff helpful and friendly.

Hard to find lobby and parking not clearly marked. Pool table not level in lounge area. Ac in unit didn't get cold.

Absolutely amazing view and location. Very very clean and staff very friendly.

The vue of unit 402 is absolutely stunning. The balcony was an absolute pleasure has we stayed every night outside to see the sunset behind the mountains. The interior was beautiful, well maintained and the couch was super comfy. The flip up bed was a great asset too to have 5 persons in the unit.

Well.. The BBQ was not that great outside.. but without any complaints, they came to replace it with a brand new one so I can't keep that as a "Not so appreciated" The mattress in the rooms are quite hard. Probably having a mattress topper with memory foam would make them better suited for the everyone since I am used to sleep on hard mattress, I was fine but my wife and kids were complaining about the hardness. Lastly, the kitchen accessories could have a little bit more. There was only one pot, one pan and a lack of good and big coffee cups. The toaster caught on fire twice and we did smoked the place a few times during our stay so I would recommend that the toaster be replaced.. And given the 5-6 persons normally staying in this unit, a 4 spaces toaster would be an asset. The coffee machine was ok, But given the price of the unit, I would have liked to see a Nespresso or at least a Keurig machine where they could provide like 3-4 pods per day. But the ground coffee provided was good but not enough for 5-6 people drinking a coffee in the morning, we did had to buy some for the family. Finally... The parking.. it seems that there is no "Dedicated" parking spots.. So you have 2 zones where you can park and that's subject to availability. I would have liked to have a dedicated spot for at least 1 car in order to not stress with the fact that you have to search for parking anytime you go out. But those are really just constructive comments to better the experiences for new customers. It was all in all it was a great stay at the PRC Annex.

Location was good , kitchen was stocked . Bed was comfortable . Good to have a balcony

A little run down , could use a facelift . Hallways were old and dirty . Could use a refresh .

Excellent location, very nice and helpful staff, very clean. Our sons really enjoyed the slide and pool.. comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything we needed ( we cooked our own meals).

Location and parking

The facility is worn and poor value for the rates. The pool was not family friendly and dark with low ceiling. Not inviting. Staff not as friendly or service oriented as one would expect. Lighting dim with no ceiling lights in bedrooms. Unable to close door between suite and adjoining room. Lack of drawers in bedrooms and burnt out light bulbs not replaced. Kitchen missing cutlery and empty condiments like salt and pepper. Television frustrating and awkward to use.
