Days Inn by Wyndham Salina South

The room was clean & comfortable. The location was quiet.

Very nice and clean,comfortable and a great place to stay,everything was to our liking,Front seat was very friendly and efficient,don’t hesitate to stay here,price was right,convenient spot,close to foood and fuel,I would stay here again

The hotel does not match the picture shown. It’s more of a roadside inn. My door shook every time another door nearby opened it closed. It always sounded like someone was trying to get in. The swinging door latch arm was broken off. The room was okay but the bed frame was really loud every time you moved in the bed.

Coffee maker did not work. VERY low water pressure, water, water on/off lever came off in my hand. Area arounf very seedy!!!!

The outdoor property needs attention.

I liked nothing.

They charged my card the 80 bucks for the room and proceeded to tell me I needed an extra hundred for a deposit. I wasn't allowed to stay here and they did not give me my money back or any compensation!

The location was good since I was in Salina to visit my son.

I was surprised by the security deposit charge. Since the room was not perfect - the sheetrock was damaged behind the door, one of the floor pieces was damaged, the ceiling near the door looked like something had hit it - I was afraid that I would be charged for damage that I did not do. I have never been charged a security deposit before - maybe I do not stay in motels often enough since Google says most motels charge a security deposit. So it was a learning expericence for me. The next time I make reservations I will have to expect to be charged a security deposit. I did get my security deposit back. I think that when reservations are made the security charge should be mentioned and how much it will be.
