VIEW TALAY VILLAs POOL 60, JOMTIEN BEACH, PATTAYA

When we arrived we could not get the Key Box Lock to open due to Oxidation. The View Talay Villas maintenance man had to remove the key box so that we could retrieve the keys. I purchased a new key lock box and had it installed at my expense. It should be noted that we were not met by a host which we were advised that we would be.

The place was infested with ants and the overall condition of the unit was poor at best.

Good location. Pleasant owners, with whom communication went well again. We have stayed at the same villa before and it was pleasant to notice that this villa is being taken care of. Small improvements and maintenance/maintenance work had been done since the last visit. This is great, because often in Thailand the accommodation can be good to begin with, but over the years no one takes care of the places anymore. Everything was still fine in this villa.

The level of equipment in the villa was excellent, I would just like a little fan for the terrace. But you could buy it cheaply at the Market.

It had all the facilities as a self contained apartment. The pool was a nice addition. Secure property and nice location.

Mosquitoes were annoying. Owners should put mosquitoe spray in the Villa.

great place to start your holidays. the pool villa is nicely situated at a quiet compound, which is located near a 7-eleven, bakery, grocery’s and restaurants. the villa has everything you wish for as a family and the pool is great for refreshment.

The villa was clean and all the necessary basic equipment was found. Communication with the owner was smooth and answers to questions came quickly.

The water pressure was a little weak at times, but that is very typical in Thailand. There could be more outdoor lights and sockets (fortunately, an extension cord was found in the villa).

hugely disappointed… the property not the cleanest at all inside and out, it needs a major overhaul, will not be staying again.. for sure

cob webs all over, walls dirty, pool cold, outside area awful!
