"とても快適でした"

スタッフの方が、どなたも丁寧で感じがよかった。電話の対応も丁寧だった。 部屋をグレードアップしてもらえていて、静かで、とても快適に過ごせ、ぐっすり眠れた。朝食も種類が多く、テイクアウト用のカップもあり、好きな紅茶を部屋に持ち込み、ゆっくり過ごせた。

使用に差し支えなかったが、シーツが一部破れていた。 ワンピースタイプのパジャマが２つあり、一方がきれいに畳んであるものの、誰か着用した？と思うくらいヨレヨレだった。もう一方はちゃんとハリがあった。 ベッド横の机の下に、持ち込んだ覚えのない爪楊枝が落ちていた。ティッシュでつまんで拾うと、髪の毛の塊が一緒についてきた。

３人で泊まりましたが、それぞれのベッドで眠れて快適でした。室内は清潔で、朝ごはんが美味しかった！ヘアアイロンをお借りできたり、荷物も預かっていただけて助かりました。

Tous les hôtels que j'ai fait était très bien mais celui-ci est mon préféré. Emplacement idéal. Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche italienne. Près du métro, donc idéal pour se déplacer. Et le personnel charmant
