Silver Ferns

Everything is spotless and picked with a design orientation. The room was kind of small but very clean with a comfortable bed, minibar and nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good too, with a big selection (huge) of everything one needs.

The stay could not have been better. The location was interesting and in a different part of the city from the last time I have visited it. The hotel had arranged a cab because of which we were able to find it very easily. The rooms provided to us did not had any windows so we had to ask them for a better room and the second one was much better and spacious and came with comfortable bed and clean linens. Bathroom too was spacious and well cleaned. Loved the breakfast buffet which even though did not boast of a wide menu was sufficient.

The bathroom Drainage is pathetic And I have seen the housekeeping staff wiping the bathroom floor with the towels been given to the guests.

AC wasnt working well

Facilities are OK. I expected more from breakfast. Location is great.

The room was fine (no city views, as advertised, but nice all the same), the service was great, and you step outside of the hotel onto a shopping center full of great little restaurants. I enjoyed my short stay.

Fairly decent hotel but nothing exceptional

The positives are location and neighbourhood. The hotel itself is basic and the service really poor. Wifi didn't work for a long time. Required chasing multiple times to get it sorted. TV didn't have remote. Kept asking for one. Technician comes in and says you should have checked when you got in the room and complained then, it's not his problem, as he's from a different shift. Finally got one a day after, although required asking for it again. And the cleaning crew is very loud in the morning. Acoustics of the corridor and rooms isn't good.

Had a great time at Silver Fern as this hotel is located right in the center of south Delhi with close proximity to shopping malls, movie theater and metro station.Rooms were decent and provided great value. Hotel staff was helpful and professional.

Very good location next to PVR Saket multiplex. Overall clean and helpful staff. Room facilities starting to look little run down.
