"It was ok for our first visit to Palm Springs but we wouldn't stay there again"

The bed was comfortable, the room seemed updated

An ice machine was not available, so we had to go to the office and wait for staff to get it for us while they were checking in guests. The restaurant was under construction right outside of our room. There was no chair in the room which was very small

There was no staff at reception. The room located outside the gated entrance and made it difficult to find. There was noise from something running outside that made it difficult to sleep. The room was clean and spacious and shower was good but plug for hairdryer didn't work properly.

"Lovely stay. Great value and super location."

Super hotel in excellent location for Palm Springs strip. Very close to Birba and cheeky’s restaurants (both excellent). Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable, and pool area great. One small issue with hot water but only mention it as staff took care of that quickly. Highly recommend.

Very clean and quiet! Staff go above and beyond to assist everyone staying here. Definitely would stay again. Free parking is also a plus!
