I always stay here while in town. This is the first time I had an issue. My door was broken and would not lock. I had only a fan. Maybe this is only a problem in the single rooms as I have never had this issue in the double rooms.

I just stayed one night because I had a very early morning flight. I asked for a 4AM taxi and it was waiting for me in the morning. A snowstorm had hit that day and it was dark when I stayed there but I would definately stay there again.

I love this hotel. The staff were so helpful. the decor is authentically old but lovely. The rooms are a little small to an American eye but are comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent and felt home cooked. I really like this place. It doesn't feel like a big chain but has all we need.

Close to Kracow airport, slightly difficult to locate but once there it’s great. No elevator but staff will take your bags, very good restaurant and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel, clean, niece staff

The mattress was lumpy and soft. I slept on the other side of the bed (farthest from the bathroom and door) because it was firmer and not as used. The fridge did not even cool things. The shower had doors that ran on a track to close and one side had come off track the first time I used it. I could not make it work and let them know. This hotel was clean and friendly. I would say it is a great value but not considering the price, it was disappointing.

Loved this hotel. The lobby and staircase remind you of an old time luxury hotel. Desk clerk/waitress was great.
