Adara Hotel Richmond

I am extremely dissappointed. I have previously stayed at Adara Richmond. Today I received a msg saying that accommodation for 18-21 March incl had been cancelled .No explanation given. As the booking was for accommodation near Epworth Hospital while my partner has surgery, it was very stressful. Luckily I could get accommodation elsewhere considering Gran Prix is at end of that week. The alternative accommodation suggested was not an option as much too far from the hospital. Im not at all impressed 😖

Excellent location, great amenities, nice and clean

I was very impressed with the size of the apartment....value for money & location it was definitely a winner.

As always the Adara Richmond was welcoming and comfortable. The staff are great and the room was clean and very comfortable. A great place to stay.

It was nice and clean and quiet

Well appointed studios, clean, comfortable, convenient location to shops, cafes, supermarket and tram. Also an easy walk to tennis centre and MCG. Reception welcoming, polite and helpful. If you have a car, book a car park early to avoid the hassle of external parking.

I’ve stayed here before and love this hotel when needing to stay in richmond. It’s close to all the business with an uber, tram or walk, yet far enough away that it’s quiet down an off street. Will be requesting rooms not on the ground floor facing the street again though as there was little privacy. Other than that will be staying again for a third time in future.

Great location for walking to MCG/ Australian Open. Good tram links into town.

Was a pleasant stay however when booking I was never told about the $100 room deposit that was required upon check in and was then left with no money I was extremely disappointed
