Close to the hospital and lovely spacious room. Comfortable and quiet. Limited cooking equipment, but adequate for a short stay. Have stayed here many times before, a loyalty program would be good

unclean, run down, shower over bath is UNSAFE, no rail to get out of shower. tv had no access to what looked like netflix and foxtel channels. decor is old and tired. If I had known what it was like before I stayed, I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. I would like a refund. FAT CHANCE

We were in Melbourne to go to the MCG. This property was perfect, it was an easy walk for us, but if you needed, the trams are at the end of the road. Everything you would need is supplied. Thank you

"Barely adequate"

Thankfully, we booked only an overnight stay This place is very poor in all aspects. It was difficult to find good features, in what was billed as 4star hotel. It was barely a 3 star. As there are no reply from management here on tripadvisor, I'm guessing they dont care about anything but squeezing money out of patrons. No bother, wont be back.

Block of flats at rear of adara ( not Lennox st side) can get noisy with residents and also rubbish trucks picking up garbage from laneway

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Extremely friendly and warm customer service. Our room was upgraded for us free which was a nice bonus and very clean. We would recommend this to anyone wanting close to the city but quieter. Easy and nice walk into city and such a great location. Can't wait to visit another time.
