Location

No elevator, they will not pay to have it repaired! Never been to a hotel with NO elevator! Horrible for disabled and luggage! NO iron, it was missing from the holder, if they are stolen, why not charge there card and buy new irons! We pay a lot of money to stay at hotels so we don’t have to drive hours to get home, we wished we had just driven home and not stayed at this hotel! I DO NOT recommend this hotel!

The pool was green one of the reasons we didn't stay. The kids was really looking forward to swimming till we seen the pool. It didn't look good at all. I also found a dirty towel hanging behind the door. Didn't even look any farther.

Breakfast in a brown bag wasn't appealing, roaches on the wall. Found one on my son's bed while he was sleeping. Ran out on towels and was told they would be ready next day. I had to go to the store to get towels to take a bath. I won't visit corn festival again

The hotel staff was very accommodating. The clerk that checked me in had to reactivate my key card and was more than happy to do so. My room had a musty. There were stains on the bedding. When the clerk was made aware of it, she was more than happy and apologetic. She provided me with fresh bedding. The bathtub had a dingy bath mat in it and hair in it as well. When asked, the clerk provided the option for an alternate room. I took that room. It was better. I asked about an iron and housekeeping gladly provided it to me. The check in and check out processes were seamless.

They stay was cool for the weekend. Not too far from town and Sammy’s down the street. The Mat on the floor of the tub is slippery and I didn’t get a chance to have a cover on my 2nd bed with no service at the desk.
