I like the fresh ice water with lime and fresh coffee in the lobby and convenient office with printer. Gym equipment was in good condition and pool was very clean.

The breakfast and facilities were wonderful, staff very friendly, and proximity to Slippery Rock for a tour was great!

My bed was the only complaint. Mattress caved in like it was way used and the pillow cases weren’t as soft as I hoped. A king bed upgrade in room 132 or 130 (can’t remember which it was) would’ve made my stay perfect!

The hotel parking lot was empty. We arrived at 2:10 pm and I asked if they had a room ready. She said check in was at 3 and she wasn’t sure if rooms were ready or not. She said early arrivals have to pay a fee of $20. That would be fine if we weren’t only 45 minutes early and the place was mostly empty. There were plenty of empty rooms and plenty of rooms available at 2:15. Put a sour note on our stay from the first encounter. I usually don’t stay at this hotel anymore and now I remember why.
