Excelente Hotel. Quarto amplo e limpo com vista para o pátio. O café da manhã é muito bom e ótimo atendimento dos funcionários.

Cama super confortável e quarto bem equipado. Curta caminhada até os principais pontos turísticos da cidade e, ainda assim, localizado num bairro frequentado por locais.

I modified my reservation more than one and a half months before the check-in date. Immediately after the modification, I contacted support to request a refund, as I did not knowingly agree to a non-refundable rate and fully expected the original cancellation conditions to remain valid. From the beginning, I was polite, clear, and reasonable in my communication, and I gave the hotel and support team ample time and opportunity to resolve the issue fairly given the long time remaining before arrival. Despite this, my request was flatly rejected with no flexibility or meaningful review of the circumstances. The response felt automated and dismissive, and the conversation was effectively closed without any real attempt to understand or address the situation. This approach is particularly disappointing considering the booking was made well in advance and there was more than sufficient time (over 1.5 months) to allow a reasonable cancellation or adjustment. Instead, the case was simply shut down without any constructive engagement or customer-oriented resolution.
