Clay Farm Guest House

Roy was the perfect host,very welcoming and nothing was any trouble. The location was exactly what I needed as I was in the area on business. Would 100% return in the future. Also liked the separate entrance to the property.

Everything was spot on.

Clean, quiet neighborhood. Roy went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant, ensuring the room was cooler when we returned and providing us with egg holders when we saw we loved having boiled eggs.

Didn’t get a strong internet connection.

Continence, very private accommodation and an EV CHARGER was a great bonus.

Nothing negative to say.

Roy was extremely accommodating and friendly making sure we had everything we needed and accommodating a last minute request to add an extra bed. Would recommend his place to all.

I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay at Clay Farm. Roy was an excellent host and readily available for any questions that I had. The location is perfect, close to transport and shops.

I have nothing negative to say and I’m looking forward to staying there again in the future.

The area was very quiet and relaxing. The home has an old-world charm but also has all of the most up to date and eco friendly amenities. Roy is always available to help with anything you may need but isn't overbearing or intrusive.

It was a bit far from central London. At times this was great because it gave a real English experience away from tourists and crowds, but having to coordinate with the tube and national rail, especially at night, was a bit of a challenge.

Perfect location for me with plenty of local facilities and a genial and friendly host.The area around here has a lot of places for walking away from the hustle and bustle of Central London.
