The location. The property itself and the quiet.

Check the other reviews about bad mattress . The bed has a poor quality, cheap , student bedsit mattress. The springs can be felt in your back and neck and the topper is only a mattress protector so makes no difference. We had a terrible night and did not sleep , resorting to blankets on the cold floor in an attempt to rest. The management said I should have alerted the emergency number in the middle of the night and asked for a solution. On the basis that I did not do that I was refused a refund and it was stated that it is down to personal preference . Not 4 star accommodation. Also a green light directly above the bed shines all night and creates a glow. If you like a dark room to sleep, go elsewhere .

Great peaceful venue with very modern rooms. Modest sizes but nicely furnished.

Be aware breakfast closes at 9 - not a problem if you read!
