Everyone at front desk was very friendly and helpful. All other staff we encountered very polite. 2nd floor room that opened onto terrace was great. Road noise a little noisy, but tolerable. Did not get a chance to play pickleball, but loved that amenity.

Fabulous location. walk to downtown, close to the beach, close to major Pickleball Parks, immacualte.no carpets comfortable bed and great pilloews! Friendly desk..will come again..

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, amazing staff!! They even provide daily free snacks and coffee at breakfast which was a pleasant surprise. Large, spacious rooms, great for families and just a 20 minute walk to the beach. Loved it :)

The people that check you in were so nice!! Helpful and pleasant. The outside of the building is very unassuming. You may not think it was a hotel. Inside the lobby was clean. I was suprised by the size of my room, the layout and the updated feel of the room. Lots of room. Would definitely recommend for a single or couple travelers.

Beautiful and spacious room (302), clean, nice area, walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars, pleasant staff, would definitely stay here again when back in Naples.
