Lovely clean room with welcoming and helpful hosts, really good location for transport links aswell

It was a last minute reservation to be near Birmingham Airport. Was a lovely old style Bed & Breakfast with kind and helpful staff. Wonderful made to order breakfast. . Location is great for restaurants and shops. The canal and park are nearby to go walking. Not too far from airport. Parking onsite.

Everything was perfect.

Good night sleep. Bed was comfortable however sides of bed were slightly uncomfortable kept feeling like was going to fall off. Service was great, room was quiet and they have TVs with YouTube and Netflix on, did not have breakfast it would come to this hotel again. Shower was big but door fell off. Managed to fix it, water pressure and temperature could be better. Was lovely and warm In the room and had loads of towels.

We had a great stay at this property. We had a family room which was really clean and comfortable. Easy and free to park. Staff really friendly. We also paid extra for breakfast which was amazing. Great selection and cooked food was made to order. Would stay again.
