The Glenroy

Wow Wow Wowzers!! Pat is an absolute gem. Nothing was too much trouble. Will not go anywhere else but to Pat and the Glenroy when we visit next. Room was spacious and spotless, breakfast was delicious. Location was great. A big thanks to Christine as well for looking after us along with Pat at breakfast. Arrived as guests, left as friends. Massive thanks Pat, you helped make our holiday xxxx Anna and Max xxxx

Pat was so friendly and helpful .Nothing was too much trouble and he was great with my grandson.Rooms were spacious and thanks so much for the upgrade which was a lovely thought. Breakfast was really great . We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone

Everything! Brilliant location with walking distance to all attractions, clean and cosy and Pat the host is fabulous! Don’t stay anywhere else!!

Absolutely disgusting I booked with glenroy hotel only to be told I was staying in the jubilee on arrival .. on arrival I got asked if I had paid or not which I had as they did not receive notification I had paid so had to prove I did via receipts from booking.com I paid £180 for 2 nights for the glenroy only to find out where I got put was nearly £80 cheaper .. I also paid for breakfast only to be told on arrival breakfast was not included and was an extra £8.50 each person morning .. got into the apartment and we looked round it was absolutely filthy old food on the floor beds and bedding stained double mattress didnt fit the base microwave was absolutely minging thick dust around skirting boards shower did not work so my daughter had to go into a different apartment to get clean dirty cups left in the window sills masking tape left around fire alarm if I could give this place a minus start I would I have had no offer of refund or compensation since putting in a complaint avoid at all costs ... ruined my daughters birthday

Pat was really helpful and welcoming, always happy to help. Room was fresh and clean and spacious. We were always greeted by staff when we walked through the door. Short walking distance into town and attractions.

Very warm welcoming by Pat. Location was great, just a short walk to the promanade. Breakfast was lovely and satisfying with a great selection of different foods. We also liked that we could park our car, in a safe place for a reasonable price.
