We had two rooms, both very accommodating, although busy place the noise level did not travel. Location central to all we were looking for, lots of parking, good access.

"Kids were happy, so we are ok, could have been better"

Spacious room. Comfy beds.

The hotel used to feel cleaner. I saw some hair in the toilet and on the sink as soon as we got there. Sofa was dusty. We weren't even offered complementary water, we had to walk to Walmart for a bottle of water. This isn't easy with 3 kids. We had to ask for a toothbrush as it was also not in the room. Shower amenities were so scarce that I didn't have enough body wash in the refillable bottle they put in the toilet to have a decent shower. It is our 3rd stay there as a family, and I can say it was much better before.

There was lots to like about this property: 1. The staff was courteous and helpful 2. The room was spacious, very clean, and well layed out 3. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pillows were quite good too. 4. Breakfast was tasty and there were lots of options offered

Nothing. I wish I’d had more time in bed and to use the pool.

"Really functional rooms for families of 5+ or travel companions who don’t want to share beds!"

We booked the room with 2 queen beds and a pull out bed for 3 colleagues attending a weekend course nearby. The room was very large and the bathroom was split into a toilet/sink room, and a shower/sink room. This was so convenient for 3 people. The included breakfast was more extensive than expected and made mornings simple. Parking was $5 a night. The gym was small but clean and not busy. Staff were great.

The parking lot lights outside the window were so bright the light seeping around the blackout blinds kept it feeling like it was morning at 3am. Bring a sleep mask.

"It wax good"

I was disappointed that the hot tub was cold. That’s why I got this hotel for the hot tub
