I like the details given of room sizes and position at the time of booking and the access by codes rather than keys. Our Room 4 is great value for money. Although the room faces a busy junction on one side it’s surprisingly quiet. The room was clean, light and bright with comfortable temperature. The water pressure for the shower was great too. We’d gladly stay there again next time we visit the area

I was charged an additional fee after the stay without any communication regarding the fee. It was also not included on the invoice sent to me after my stay. I tried to message the owners through booking.com regarding the issue but have had no response. This is disappointing as it is an area that I frequently visit and would have liked to find a reliable place to stay.
