Could not fault this guest house what so ever, and the breakfast was amazing , shall definitely be coming back.

Such a fabulous guest house. The owner was exemplary host and could teach a thing or two to the nearby hotels on hospitality management and customer care. The guest house is located in the quieter area of Scarborough but with free parking just outside and being a short walk from almost every attraction, we had a wonderful 2 day break. We used the Scarborough Arms for our evening meals and opted to walk to the Open Air theatre. Loads of tourist information on hand in the reception area and a comfortable lounge is available with views over the North bay. We're already planning our next trip!

Would stay there again

Loved the host, a nice quiet hotel but double room we had with a separate private bath was tiny. We could barely move in it, and no place for our baggage. Pretty view, probably nice for weekend trips but not long term travelers.

First time staying here and everything was beautiful the bedroom (room 4) was nice and cozy with an amazing sea view breakfast was lovely and the lady who runs it she was very friendly and could not do enough for you nothing was a problem. This is our new hotel for when we visit Scarborough. Thank you for a nice stay xx

Parked on the street right outside the hotel. Was greeted by the friendly host upon arrival and given a parking permit for the duration of our stay. Lovely clean room with comfortable beds and clean fluffy towels. Clean shared bathroom with nice warm shower. A kettle in the room with well stocked tea, sugar and milk. A small sink in the room, ideal for brushing teeth and refilling the kettle! A lovely sea view from the attic room 11. Very quiet in and around the guest house. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, spotless and in a excellent location for both north and south bays. Amazing view from the window. Would 100% recommend it to anybody going to scarborough.

Delightful location. My small 1st floor room had glorious view over the north bay. Welcomed on arrival and given helpful advice about places to eat. Loved the colourful breakfast room with its sea vista filling one wall. Unable to park outside at first, but moved nearer later on. Grateful of the parking permit. Steep walk to sands one way and town centre/ south bay the other, A test for the old legs!
