Breakfast as good as ever. The range of choices was good and means everyone should be able to have something they enjoy. We tried several combinations and enjoyed them all. Gluten Free needs well met too.

"Barnard"

Perfectly located within walking distance of the racecourse, we came for the Eastern Festival. Our host was friendly and flexible, we parked and dropped off our bags early. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Excellent choice of breakfasts.

There was nothing that we did not like.

"Superb"

Good old fashioned BB, cosy and clean . Good choice at breakfast . Good location for horse and greyhound tracks. Nice and peaceful. Recommended.

"Really comfortable accommodation for a family wedding weekend, with fantastic breakfast!"

The room was large, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast options were really varied, and all was delicious. The owners' dog was also adorable :)

The location is good for the beach, but a bit far from the railway station.
