Perfect location, incredible staff. Room was a bit small, but otherwise a fantastic stay!

Hotel is in a good location and overall is clean.

Even though we paid €3000 for 8 nights umbrellas at the front of the hotel weren’t included in the price and it was an additional daily cost of €24 for an umbrella and two beds. Lunch is served only between 1-2pm and dinner between 8-9pm which is very limited. Most member of staff do not speak English and it is very difficult to communicate but not impossible. cleaning was not consistent and the management should upgrade taps and furniture that is old. there should be at least one English speaking channel like the BBC world news for example. this was our first time in Italy for summer holidays but also our last.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Terme. Great beach with a fun strand to enjoy a walk with lots of restaurants. Federica was the hotel rep at the front desk was a total pro and so nice. The hotel manager, Gianni Cegue was very helpful with parking and couldn't have been nicer also. If we ever get back to this part of Italy, will definitely stay here again!

Splendida posizione fronte mare, sulla passeggiata pedonale e con accesso diretto alla spiaggia Lido Terme (Bandiera Blu 2020), il Grand Hotel Terme offre tutte le comodità per un rilassante soggiorno in Puglia. Ritorno sempre volentieri, ogni anno. Anche quest’estate, nonostante la situazione inedita e in continua evoluzione determinata dal COVID-19, la vacanza a Margherita di Savoia è andata benissimo, tutto è filato liscio come l’olio! Grazie anche alle pratiche di pulizia e sicurezza messe in atto dallo staff professionale, attento e cortese, e agli ampi spazi comuni dell’albergo (Hall, sala ristorante, Lido Terme, centro benessere, piscina, ecc.) è stato l’ideale per garantire le misure di distanziamento sociale in vigore. La camera silenziosa, perfettamente pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort: balcone, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, minibar, ecc. Da sottolineare il personale gentile e qualificato, pronto a soddisfare i bisogni degli ospiti, e la cortesia delle addette alla prima colazione (la colazione è ottima, dolce e salata; quest’anno servita direttamente ai tavoli, non a buffet, per garantire a tutti sicurezza e tranquillità). Da non perdere le specialità "salinare" proposte dal ristorante/pizzeria all’aperto del Lido Terme. Il parcheggio all’aperto, su strisce blu, costa 5 EURO al giorno (i posti a pagamento su strisce blu si trovano anche ad agosto); con un po’ di fortuna si riesce a parcheggiare su strisce bianche (gratuitamente) in prossimità dell'Hotel.
