It was expensive for one night. But we had hit Australian Day bank holiday and there was little choice in Tasmania!

"Amazing place just perfect"

We loved this place so homely. Our host was the best. This 2 bedroom cottage/home was just what we needed to end our holidays. The place was absolutely gorgeous clean with everything we needed. Would highly recommend about a week stay if not more.

The fridge was a bit small for us but there was 3 adults

"Home & Cosy at Red Briar Cottage"

The host, Vianne has an absolutely fantastic property. It is immaculately presented; a truly historic property that is very homely and comfortable. Upon entering, the heat pump was going and had nicely warmed up the house, there's a lovely big living room with beautiful old furniture which aptly matched the home itself. Modern appliances (air con, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer) i was able to do some washing and Vianne very kindly provided laundry liquid. The beds are super comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom has a great spa / jacuzzi with a fixed shower head attachment on the wall, and the water pressure is really good. Thank you so much Vianne for having myself and Jenn stay for our short day/visit to Richmond. F & J, Dunedin, New Zealand 🇳🇿
