Great location of the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. Excellent service from the personnel. Breakfast in style of buffet was in a very good standard. You can find a good variety of wines. Could not ask for a better place to stay in this town

The staff were all quite friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The only thing that would have made the room better is air conditioning, but that was not a big deal. The hotel's private parking is handy and relatively easy to get in and out of. The location is convenient for walking to all of the major sights in Banska Bystrica as well as restaurants, bars, & shops.

Muy bien ubicado. La habitación es tipo apartamento, grande pero sin lujos. No tiene ni aire acondicionado ni cortinas, y la calle es ruidosa. El desayuno es bueno y la cafeteria moderna. Personal muy amable

Hotel a little tired needs a makeover, however the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great Very close to the old town that had great food. Overall a pleasant stay.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights. The hotel is one street behind the town square in the old part of town and only 5 minutes walk to Banská Bystrica Mesto railway station. The location is good, being close to the Europa Shopping Mall (10 minutes) and the central train and bus stations (15 minutes walk). The hotel has a nice entrance foyer that adjoins a cafe that is used by hotel guests for their breakfast. Breakfasts were included and there was a good selection catering for many different tastes. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff, who spoke reasonable English were very helpful. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and serviced daily. There was room for a lounge and coffee table. There was also plenty of hanging space and places to store our luggage. The bathroom has a shower over a bathtub. However the shower is a hand held one and is set at midriff height with no shower screen or curtain making it difficult to wash yourself. There are also no towel racks if you want to reuse your towels. The room has heating but no aircon. It was very hot (around 27C) and because it is on a busy street is very noisy at night. If you closed the windows to shut out the noise it was stifling hot and if you kept the windows open the noise disturbed your sleep. In summer, ask for a room that doesn’t face the road.

The bathroom has a shower over a bathtub. However the shower is a hand held one and is set at midriff height with no shower screen or curtain. You either wash yourself sitting in the bath or try and stand in the bath and hope you don’t spray water all over the floor. There are also no towel racks if you want to dry and reuse your towels. The room is heated, essential in Slovakia in winter but is not air conditioned. It was very hot (around 27C). We could keep the two windows and balcony door open during the day but at night because it is on a busy street favoured by rev heads for making as much noise with their cars at night as possible we had to keep the windows shut night to get some sleep. I would still recommend the hotel as the room is comfortable and of a good size, the staff are helpful and breakfasts are very good but if you can, especially in summer, ask for a room that doesn’t face the road.

The place is very easy to get to. And a great location too. Check in and out was a breeze. The room is clean and spacious. The toilet has a tub which is awesome to wind down in with a bath. Couldnt ask for a better place to stay in Banska!

По приезду нас заселил сразу. Номер просторный, чистый, есть все необходимое, начиная с полотенца, заканчивая с плиты для приготовления еды, плоского телевизора и музыкального центра. Накормили вкусным завтраком. Приветливый персонал. Отель в центре Банска Быстрицы, так что всё в минутной доступности от ресторанов и баров, до музеев, галерей и достопримечательностей, ж/д станция.
