1. Great location. Everything is within a 10–20 minute walk. We liked the lively and chaotic atmosphere in the morning. If that bothers you, the apartment has good sound insulation, so just don't open the balcony doors. 2. I liked that the owner probably read the reviews about the couch being uncomfortable, so they added a mattress or something similar, which made it really comfortable to sleep on. 3. Very clean. 4. Great price-to-quality ratio. It was around €340 for 3 nights (3 persons), including taxes. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Serdecznie polecam apartament znajduje się w samym sercu Palermo. Rano. Żona zrobić wieżę zakupy na targu capo, który jest dosłownie pod oknami proszę sie jednak nie obawiać hałasu przy zamkniętych okach jest bardzo komfortowo można się wyspać. Targ to wielki plus jak dla nas robiliśmy zakupy na śniadanie, obok można napić się super kawy, zjeść śniadanie na targu w knajpach, zrobić zakupy upominkowe itd. Bardzo blisko do głównych atrakcji Palermo chodziliśmy wszędzie pieszo z małymi dziećmi. W pokojach świeża pościel, ręczniki kosmetyki, wyposażenie mieszkania potrzebne do samodzielnych posiłków. Oczywiście muszę wspomnieć o Sergio, który znakomicie zajmuje się gośćmi, odpowiada na wszystkie pytania, pomocny miły, jak trzeba zorganizuję transfer na lotnisko lub wytłumaczy jak dotrzeć na autobus lotniskowy, podstawi wózek, fotelik czy co tam jeszcze potrzeba. Taka obsługa gości to skarb. Pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Dziękujemy 🤩

Jedynym minusem była mała kabina prysznicowa

O Sérgio, proprietário, é muito prestativo e atencioso. Bem localizado, confortável, atende bem. Dá pra fazer o seu café da manhã e depois sair para passear. Próximo tem vários restaurantes.

O trânsito em Palermo, mas isso não influencia.

Great location with markets around entrance. You can buy breakfast, coffee or other desserts. Balcony fitting 2-3 people, with a lively street below - noise was not a problem tho. Very good contact with the owner. Everything was very nice.

Clean cute little apartment. Well equipped. Great location in Capo market. Sergio explained how to access the apartment easily, and showed us on a map various places to see in the historical area.

The shower box was small. A grab bar inside woukd have been helpful.

Accssess to NEW washing machine on site with provisions necessary provided-cleaning and change of bed and towels arranged by manager-Our stay of 18 days in November was WONDERFUL! Super comfortable and pleasant apartment, spacious, well lit, spacious room also with air conditioning that works really well, spacious and very comfortable bed, Wi-Fi connection works perfectly... Everything is great! I would definitely recommend it. What's more, the location is perfect, close to everything and right in the middle of it all. Without even looking for it, you'll find yourself in the heart of authentic Palermo, with thousands of great places to eat, drink, etc. And last but not least, one of the best things was Sergio's service. Whatever we needed, whatever it was and at any time, he provided it. Super attentive and friendly, he made sure our stay was the best it could be. Excellent experience!
