Wirklich tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, wunderschöne Zimmer (mit Liebe zum Detail). Mega Frühstück, toller Service im Frühstücksbereich. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel.

"Viel zu teuer für das Angebot"

Der junge Mann am Empfang und die Dame mit dem langen dunklen Haar aus dem Speisesaal waren sehr nett und Aufmerksam.

Im Bad gab es keinen Kosmetikspiegel( vergrößern) , der Kaffe auf dem Zimmer sollte bezahlt werden mit 1,5 € ( sonst bekommt man überall löslichen Kaffee kostenlos), der Kaffeevollautomat im Frühstücksbereich war bei einem zusatzpreis von 27,5 € pro Frühstück defekt und die Brötchen waren sehr hart. Da helfen auch keine Moore- Produkte, wo die ältere Generation nichts mit anfangen möchte. Als Gruppe hatte man Abends keine Möglichkeit zusammen zu sitzen, nur 4 Sessel im Empfangsbereich. Verglichen zu Hotels in Hamburg die preislich um die 100€ kommen, läßt dieses Hotel zu wünschen über. Wir waren mit 14 Personen im Hotel und haben gefühlt mindestens 50€ pro Person zu viel gezahlt . Das rechnet sich pro Person. Außerdem hat meine Mutter sich die Zaare mit dem viel zu heißen Fön verbrannt...

"Rundum ein perfekter Kurzurlaub"

Klein aber fein ,alles da was man braucht . Sauber und ein super nettes Personal . Das Frühstück Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen . Wirklich ein tolles Hotel . Gerne wieder 🙂
