Monica is great. Very helpful, speaks English. Arranged to pick me up at the airport and take me back.

Very clean and tidy place in Iquitos. What really always makes a difference is the staff and everybody in Nativa is so nice and helpful. Definitelly recommended place to stay in.

Nativa Apartments was an oasis in the hot and steamy city of Iquitos! The air conditioning was great and the room had all the necessary comforts. Bottled water was always available and the owner Monica (who is fluent in English) was wonderful and very helpful in arranging for tours, taxis and any other needed assistance. In addition the rest of the staff was helpful and pleasant. If you are noise sensitive, ask for a room facing the back. Highly recommended!

Monica and her staff do a great job of providing helpful information and providing great service with a smile. We have stayed here two different times 2014 and 2016 and will be back in the future. I would highly recommend a stay.

We really liked the location for ease of access, rooms were super comfortable, it was nice to have our own table, fridge and lots if space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would for sure recommend to others. Our only complaint was regarding the taxi driver who was sent to pick us up, he was very reckless, and we felt very unsafe driving with him, we was not friendly either and one of his buddies at the airport was trying to ask for a tip to help with our bags that we carried. I know driving in Peru can be dau ting but this guy was unreal. It wasn't a good start. The apartment and staff were great though. Just be cautious with who they send to pick you up.

Great place to stay in Iquitos. Monica and her team are do helpful. She recommended places to eat. Organised laundry + taxis to and from the airport. I stayed here before and after my trip to the jungle. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great hotel a few blocks from the plaza and Belen market. The staff was exceptionally helpful and our room was actually a suite. I would highly recommend this place for anyone spending a few days in Iquitos before or after a rainforest excursion.

Monica and the other gentleman was fantastic. I am not sure how the hotel compares to others in Iquitos, but it is a good location. Only 3 blocks to Plaza de Armas. So, it is far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the moto-taxi's, but a short walk or moto ride to the Plaza. It is really set up like small efficiency studio apartments with microwave, fridge. If you have never been to Iquitos, I suggest you do your research on Trip Advisor first or get a guide. Monica referred us to Jose. He was awesome and really took care of us. For S/.100 he drove us all day and took us to the zoo, (which I do not recommend). But he speaks very good English, very knowledgable and fun.

The staff are truly remarkably helpful and friendly with advice and assistance. Very safe and secure in city with some security issues.
