Good location near by to the town. Free parking. Breakfast was lovely. Room and bathroom was small but was nice.
Perfect for an overnight stay with my family. Rooms had everything we needed and we were provided with all the information required to make for a smooth arrival. Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. Pub down the road was equally as lovely. We will definitly be back.

We loved staying in this guest house. The room was warm and comfortable, the beds sumptuous, a very generous breakfast with plenty of choice and a lovely family of hosts. We'll look forward to visiting again soon.
A lovely family room, as we took our grandson, who didn't want to go home! Breakfast lovely, everywhere was very clean. Nice little pub just down the road.
Lovely hotel. Perfect for our stay. Breakfast was really good, room big and bathroom clean. We stayed in the family room which was great for our family of 3. So much to do in the local area and the local pub was great. We were in the area for the Herdwick Sheep sales in Cockermouth and had a great weekend.

Very comfortable room. Clean bathroom and nice towels with extra in hallway if needed. No contact entry, which is a little impersonal, but saves time. Great breakfast and serving staff. Would definitely stay again. Property a few miles from Keswick, so not as convenient, but this was reflected in the price.
Really liked the family run aspect and it was clean, but it was not a 4 star stay by US standards.
