Потрясающее расположение отеля!! Предлагается штатный автобус до центра города, и остальных мест города. Очень вежливый персонал, уборка каждый день - постельное белье и полноценна всегда свежие! Отлично работает вся предложенная техника. Отличный хамам и сауна!! Чистый бассейн!! Кухня в ресторане на высшем уровне! Всем рекомендую.

Great view of sunrise! The hotel is perched high up on a hill which provides sweeping views of Phuket and the surrounding mountains and ocean in the distance. Our room (executive suite) was a very generous space for a family of 5. Loved the infinity pool as well. The selection of breakfast items was excellent - a lot of hot food choices which changed daily. The hotel is well maintained, clean and in good condition. The room is very clean, furniture in good condition and they spray the room for pest management as well.

The hotel has a weird layout where the floors don't really line up and you have to go upstairs then downstairs to get to the pool. Quite a confusing layout. Also not a great place for people with mobility issues as the floors have random single steps up or down. i.e. There is a step down to get into the bathroom. To get to our suite, you take the elevator then walk across the skywalk, then down stairs, up stairs then one single step down, then the hallway to the suite. The breakfast food was often cold depending on when you go. (We went right at opening at 7 am and all the foods that were suppose to be hot were cold). It seems they turn the steamers off when there is less traffic and on when there are more people there.

Alles Gut

Hotel was very dirty. The cups and glasses and spoons were very dirty. One glass had a lipstick mark. Towels were dirty. We separated the single beds and there was a lot of dirt and hair underneath. The hotel was very far away from the city. There was no taxi services and grab wouldn’t come unless we paid premium prices. Overall the experience was too bad and we paid good money for the hotel.

Great views of Phuket. Very large room with an excellent view of the sunrise in the morning. It was pretty quiet which suited us. Offer of free shuttle bus into Phuket was definitely appreciated due to its location. Complimentary massage with room was a bonus.

No smart tv in our room. Breakfast was pretty limited. Pool area needs a tidy up and the sun beds need replacing. The staff were pretty absent for the whole stay apart from when we checked in, no greeting at breakfast - definitely need to improve on their hospitality skills.
