Hotel Delhi 37

I took one look at the room and checked out. Huge stains on bed... extremely dirty walls, shower, no window. Avoid at all cost!!

As a tourist for this price I was not please with what was there. Kind staff buy the room was not as clean looking as I would wish. For cheaper I would stay there but I think there Expedia price is way inflated

Dirty linen, lousy staff. Despite booking airport pick up and drop, hotel charged me. Now that is another fight with hotels.com. Bad breakfast. Claustrophobic elevator for just 3 ppl.

The bathroom kitchen sink was leaking, reported to the front office, but no action was taken. Morning breakfast was horrible. Room service was bad. Overall bad place to stay.

Not normally one to write a review but felt people needed to be warned of this hotel. Primarily booked this purely as a over night stay as it was close to the airport and awaited a flight early next morning, was a budget hotel so I was not expecting the Ritz just a place to rest my head for the night, however this was the last thing I got for the following reasons: -Got to the room which on the outset looked adequate, however getting into the toilet it was obviously it had not been cleaned properly in some time. -No hot water, as you had to turn on the boiler in each room and wait for ages, so long that I gave up and had a cold shower which barely dribbled out the nozzle. -No toilet paper in the toilet and after phoning reception, waiting an hour, going down and re-requesting, I finally managed to get some on the third time, although they had simply nicked some paper towels from the restaurant. - Loudest Aircon I have ever heard, so much so I had to switch it off and sweat, the planes and traffic outside were however just as load as the windows were very thin. -Spent all night itching, I hate to think why this was. - Had a vegetable rice dish from the restaurant, found a hair so I stopped eating it. - TV kept loosing power as the socket connection to the wall was so loose.

Arrived at 2.30am expecting a family deluxe room to be ready; it wasn't! Hotel claimed that Hotels.com had not sent through the booking so an alternative room was offered - only had a bed for 2, a/c unit was leaking, could have done with a good clean and on a floor with no lift - not much fun with 8 pieces of luggage. The service was at a snails-pace, breakfast was very poor (choice and quality) and service non-existent. After everything I was charged the full pre-booked price and offered the "proper room" for my stay a week later - which I promptly cancelled!

Dirt everywhere. Linen on bed with foot prints and surprisingly no housekeeping staff in the evening. NO WIFI IN THE ROOM BREAKFAST IS A JOKE..I MEAN ITS REAL JOKE. Staff didn't recognize what was mentioned in the booking as respect to services and amenities for a Premium room.

Slow check-in. WiFi only worked near reception.The bedding smelt like it had not been changed
