"Delle 4 stelle ne mancavano almeno 3!!!!"

Camere datate e sporchissime dove i peli/capelli avevano la meglio! Bagni puzzolenti, poco curati e molto sporchi. Tra i tanti difetti riscontrati il rubinetto del lavabo presentava residui di dentifricio dei precedenti ospiti e il frigobar, viste le condizioni pessime, era inutilizzabile. Fino a tarda notte, inoltre, l'hotel ha ospitato una festa privata a bordo piscina con schiamazzi e musica ad alto volume non curandosi della quiete degli ospiti presenti nella struttura. Il personale non si è dimostrato all'altezza della gestione della situazione sia per quanto riguarda la pulizia delle camere che per le lamentele ricevute rispondendo in modo lacunoso e poco professionale ed asserendo che il disservizio poteva dipendere dall'inesperienza del personale. Motivazione non ritenuta plausibile per un hotel a 4 stelle!!!
