hotel location was bad, very difficult to find. Aircon was bad at 35 degree, requested to change room but reception refuse initially and argue that have to be patient for aircon to cool down. .tired and pirspiring with my baby and 1 child...reception-a man was rude..told us to be patient and everything will be ok... Waited for an hour, but aircon still 32 degree., called the reception again and unreluctuntly finally agree to change room but the room with no toilet paper, no toiletries. Ask to reschedule massage time but told by the reception lady not allowed..angry and told to cancel but reception said there will be 50per cent charge. I argue said no massage done, so hotel not right to charge to the room. Finally, agreed to reschedule time..very BAD hotel staff attitude and service.

The hotel is only 5-10 minutes walking distance from one beach; however, the hotel provide free shuttle to several other beaches. Breakfast was great! They had a western and asian breakfast either one was delicious to my family and I. The pool was as awesome in reality as shown on the website pix, the water was clean and at a great temperature...warm. The service provided by the staff was excellent despite their limited english they attended us superbly. Great hotel for a family with kids seeking peace and tranquility. Final comment is that the restaurants on the nearest beach are all delicious I strongly recommend the indian restaurant and the Andaman seafood restaurant at night so you can eat on the terrace to see and hear the waves as the tight goes up.

Fint hotell, men ikke bra service i villaen som vi leide. Vi måtte purre på rengjøring, påfyll av toalettpapir, ekstraseng som var bestilt osv. Tror ikke vi reiser tilbake..

Vi tyckte inte läget va bra, men gratis taxi till stranden. Rekommenderar då bangtao beach före surin beach, men det var bra service o fina rum..

I would not recommend this hotel or stay again. We left early. Staff was friendly but required some training in providing consistent service, for the price charged. For example, when ordering breakfast 4 pancakes came on 4 plates and staff usually could take only 1 order at a time. Staff appeared to be unsure of responsibilities, for example security staff where not located at the gate but within the complex. The air conditioner did not work well in one room, would never get below 26, staff went through the procedure of notifying people of our concern, but it was not fixed after 2 days. The location was within walking distance, but a little removed and further than we wanted to walk 2 times per day. The hotel was very empty in comparison to surrounding hotels, which gave an eerie feeling. Management charged an excessively high service charge for all services, ranging from phoning for a taxi 50%, to booking tours also at 50%. Management did not treat their staff very well, which was the most upsetting. Check your prices before booking.

Si vous choisissez cet hôtel, il ne faut pas se dire que la plage n'est pas loin... De plus les navette de l’hôtel sont payante... En revanche l’hôtel est super agréable, le personnel super... Et pour être honnête quand nous sommes arrivés nous voulions changer... mais nous sommes allés louer un scooter, et nous nous sommes aperçut que l'hôtel était prés (en scooter) d'une plage génial, "surin" ... Donc malgré un retrait dans les terres, je recommande cet hôtel!

Das Hotel sieht ziemlich modern aus, vielleicht ist darum der Service noch nicht ganz eingespielt und die Angestellten können wenig bis kein Englisch (auch die Rezeption nicht) Die Zimmer sind jedoch sehr grosszügig mit separatem Wohnbereich und grossem Bad. Da wir nicht motorisiert waren, nutzen wir den Hotelbus (bis 18.00Uhr gratis) um zu den Beaches zu gelangen. Bang Tao ist gut zu fuss zu erreichen, für die Surin Beach muss ein Taxi her (zwischen 100 und 200baht pro Fahrt).

Good apartment accommodation which suited our family of 5 within the 2 bedroom penthouse with its own pool.m Spacious and clean with good shared facilities and services. A small distance from two beaches which could be accessed by a complimentary shuttle service during the day or a short walk. Slightly out of the way, although close enough to still be accessible.
