A localização era excelente, a equipe da limpeza eram simpáticos, a duche era ótima.

A equipe da recepção não era muito calorosa, todos que ficavam lá. No check-in o recepcionista não falava português, no quarto poderia ter mais do que um travesseiro por hóspede, as portas dos quartos são muito juntos e ouvia-se muito alto toda vez que entravam ou saiam do quarto.

Possibly the worst place we have ever stayed , we are now exhausted. No sleep in 3 nights. Extremely noisy, fire alarm went off at 5.20am, someone banging our door an hour later. Same again the following night. People fighting shouting at each other banging doors. Construction work early in the morning right outside. Cars pulling up on street outside sound like they are going to pull into your room. Broken glass and front door smashed in, not safe anyone can enter. Plugs didnt work and static coming from fridge. Unsettled and anxious staying there. Disappointed as we wanted to be fresh to explore Maderia. Stay elsewhere.
