"Un beau séjour sur une belle île mais gâché par un hôtel de qualité pitoyable"

L'emplacement est bien mais c'est le seul et unique point positif

Le rapport qualité/prix est désastreux/ on paye beaucoup trop cher pour un hôtel dans une zone extrêmement bruyante mal isolé, pas de ventilation dans la chambre et salle de bain donc pas d'aération ... Le linge de lit et de toilette était en mauvais état, les draps n'était pas changé régulièrement. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un vague local mal éclairé avec un choix tellement médiocre que nous n'avons vu aucun client de l'hôtel y manger ... Le personnel était mieux pas concerné voire incompétent: pour preuve le dernier jour nous avons commandé un taxi par la réception, nous l'attendons toujours ... En une phrase: à fuir.

Prijs kwaliteit is prima. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door het personeel. Het ligt in het centrum van Funchal. Heeft ook een terras met mooi uitzicht.

Het geheel oogt iets verouderd. Er was in de vroege ochtend wel wat lawaai van buitenaf.
