ARRIVAL: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 - 13:00; 16:00 - 19:00 Wednesday: Closed Friday: 10:00 - 14:00; 16:00 - 20:00 Saturdays: 09:00 - 14:00; 16:00 - 20:00 Sundays: 10:00-12:00 In order to have more information in how to access the property when the reception is closed, please make sure to contact the reception in advance. CLEANING: Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided. SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (Max 2 pets per apartment) BOOKING CONDITIONS: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge applies to all bookings and it is not refundable. To check in, it is mandatory to present a valid physical official identity document, such as a passport or official national identity documentPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
